HIRE THE SHEDS

Small group hire, whether it’s for an art class, workshop, studio, a therapy space, meeting or a book group, The Sheds provide a warm comfortable venue for you to hire for.

The Shed is 32sqm.

The shed layout and table formation can be flexible.

Shed 1:  Is now rented full time.

Shed 2: Kitchen area and basic kitchen facilities are included please see the list below. 

Table formation can be flexible.

This Shed is heated by two oil radiators. An additional £5 for heating per session.

Monday to Thursday

Hire cost per Session is £40

Morning Sessions run from  9am - 1.30pm

Afternoon Session runs from 2pm - 6.30pm

Evening Session 6.30-9.30pm Mon-Thursday

(These times include set up and clear up)

Single day booking 9 am- 6.30 pm £70

Single day, including evening, 9 am-11 pm: £90
Weekly cost 5 days Mon-Fri: £400 p/w

Weekend Hire, Saturday-Sunday

Cost per session £50

The sheds will be set up and ready for you to use. Please leave the sheds as you found them. We expect the space to be swept and clean, ready for the next session.

Bins will be provided. All kitchen equipment used should be washed up and put away, and the area cleaned down.

Kitchen Facilities:

Available for use and included in the price.

Kettle, Filter coffee Machine ( Coffee, tea, sugar not included)

15x: Plates, Cups and saucers, cutlery, soup bowls.

2x large bowls, 2x large serving plates, 5x smaller serving bowls.

Bread board, large knife.

Garden and picnic tables are available and free to use.

Parking for 12 cars.

On site outside toilet.
